I decided to enter Real Estate because I wanted to market something that was REALLY IMPORTANT and I couldn't think of anything more important than helping someone Buy or Sell their house. The Real Estate transaction is “ A LIFE CHANGING EVENT”. As a Realtor I CAN and Have transformed many lives. I find this very satisfying. Truly, this is the most enjoyable part of Real Estate.

 It was an honor to receive CONNECTICUT MAGAZINE'S FIVE STAR SERVICE AWARD for the past 7 consecutive years. Receiving THE FIVE STAR AWARD is emblematic of who I am and what I strive for. To be eligible for this award you must be nominated by your past Clients. Almost every transaction has some type of complication and resolving these issues to insure the transaction moves forward is something I think I'm particularly effective at. I never push, prod, or persuade my Clients. I gather information, I answer and ask questions. But if a Client has decided not to sell their home or a Buyer has decided not to purchase a home, I always respect that decision. My goal is to always do the right thing. I 've said to many of my Clients,” The Real Estate transaction is all about what you want. It should have nothing to do with what the Realtor wants...simply, I want what you want”.

Through additional courses/education, I've acquired several Real Estate Designations including The C.R.S. ( Certified Residential Specialist) Designation. By most Real Estate Professionals “ The C.R.S. Designation” is the most respected of all. To acquire your C.R.S. Designation a Realtor is required to have a minimum of 75 transactions. Hence, any Realtor that holds this designation is automatically assuring his or her Client that they have a great deal of experience. This is in addition to 64 credits of classroom courses.

I've assigned my Connecticut Residential Real Estate License to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New England for many reasons. They are an International Leader in Real Estate.
